Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items may be exempt from being returned, including personalized or custom-made products. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us for clarification.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your banks processing times.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item as outlined in this policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item without delay.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and a description of the issue in your email. We may request photos of the damaged item to assist with the resolution. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
